I was happy with the work done. But the communication and completion time was needing improvement

Staff were polite, professional and personable. They were able to address the issues with my brakes and completed the job in a timely manner. I have recommended their services to a coworker and will not hesitate to return my vehicle to them should the need arise.

I have to say, what excellent customer service! I was very impressed by the Mechanic and the owners son , I do believe… I can’t remember his name, but he works at the front counter, I apologize, but they actually stayed late on Friday night to finish my truck, to make sure I would get it for the weekend. Very impressed, Always an excellent job! Thank you in advance! Highly recommend Dales Automotive for sure!
